No One is Illegal is a grassroots movement dedicated to building power & solidarities for migrant justice across unceded nova scotia.
As part of our Migrant Workers Program, No One Is Illegal - Halifax/Kjipuktuk (NOII-Hfx) has been engaged in outreach, accompaniment, public education, and advocacy, in solidarity with migrant workers in the province.
Each year, 2000 migrant workers contribute to Nova Scotia’s agriculture and seafood processing sector. They are essential members of our communities and essential workers. Thanks to migrant workers, we have farm fresh, local produce in our communities.
